Casey Lee Thorne, certified GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® instructor with over 15 years of experience, will meet with you one on one to understand your unique physicality. She will craft a movement sequence designed specifically for you and record an instructional video to lead you through the movements. The video never expires & is intended to be consumed like a daily multi-vitamin. You are what you eat and you are how you move!
